What damage does depression do to The Brain and how can you treat?
How does it affect your body chemistry, Your Brain? Is it critical or critical will be later in life? I just read on Yahoo News that Clinical stress could increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease later in life. Is it age, like matter during adolescence? I had depression and began to run. I noticed that I find it hard to concentrate and absorb information. I have forgotten many things. All my brain seems to focus on emotions is. Can I changed? Hi Tanja, I'm glad to hear your running, any excercise is good, but the more oxygen you can get into your blood the better you feel. When you start thinking about depression, evacuation it from your mind and focus on something different for as many times as necessary. Studies show it takes at least 16 of conscious efforts break a bad habit. Depression is an excellent tool used by the enemy to destroy your well-being. Your future of the game since you have already described how you feel. Most adults do not want to admit there is a problem if you do well in recognizing these things and finding solutions for them.
